what to pack

Here's what to bring:

  • Yoga clothes

  • Yoga mat

  • Yoga props (optional)

  • A journal

  • PJs

  • Swimsuit

  • Eye mask (can be helpful for shared accommodations)

  • Ear plugs (just in case)

  • A book

  • Hiking boots or shoes (trail-friendly sneakers can also work)

  • Comfortable clothes for hiking and other adventures

  • An outfit or two for a casual meal on the town

  • We’re probably forgetting something, but when we remember it we will add it here so that you don’t forget!
